Why we are called Oak Grove
We chose our name deliberately.
The oak
Strength and rootedness. The steadiness families need most when everything else feels uncertain.
The grove
A grove is never a single tree. It is a community whose roots intertwine beneath the surface, each holding the others up: our patients, their families, and the team around them.
The pathways
Every person's final chapter follows its own road. Our calling is not to choose the road, but to walk it alongside you, lighting the way.

- Medications, equipment, and supplies, delivered and explained
